• Show and discuss as a large group (if you want) the key current events of the day.

2. Students should complete the Ch. 5 Section 1 & 2 Reading Worksheet and the Ch. 5 Vocabulary Worksheet

• Hand out the worksheets on my desk. I will collect these sheets when I come back.

1. Students should also continue working on the Ch. 5-7 assignment located in Schoology.

Recent U.S. History

Today - Work Day for Korean War Article Summary and Module 12 Reading Packet

1. Current Events (CNN10)

• Show and discuss as a large group (if you want) the key current events of the day.

2. Students will read and complete the summary worksheet on the article “What Caused the Korean War and Why Did the U.S. Get Involved?”

• Hand out the worksheets on my desk.

3. Students should continue filling in the Module 12 Reading Packet on The Cold War.

• Extra copies are on my desk if a student needs a new one.

4. If any time remains, students can quietly study for the Asia Map Test.
